For merchants
How do I get started?
Click 'Set up card' at the top. Fill in your shop name, pick a reward, download the Klipz app. We mail the poster (PDF) the same day.
Which phone do I need?
An iPhone with iOS 16 or newer. The Klipz app is built for iPhone — we don't support Android as a scanner yet.
What happens if my phone dies?
Your stamp cards are stored on your customers' passes — not on your phone. Once you log into the Klipz app again, you pick up where you left off.
Can I have multiple shops?
Yes. Each shop has its own card and its own price (from 59 DKK/month per location).
For customers
Do I need to download an app?
No. The stamp card lives in Apple Wallet — which is already on your iPhone out of the box.
What if I switch iPhones?
Apple Wallet transfers automatically when you set up your new phone. Your stamps come with you.
Can the merchant see my personal info?
No. We don't store your name, email, or phone number. The merchant only sees anonymous stamp counts.
Operations
What if Klipz goes down?
Stamp cards live in Apple Wallet and work offline too. We have 99.9% uptime. Status: status.klipz.dk.
How do I cancel?
From the Klipz app → Profile → Cancel. No lock-in, no phone queue.
